MEMBERSHIP

In the Bible when people meet Jesus they are saved and added to the church. Acts 2:41-47. Church membership matters is that way of saying, “This is my church.” The church is a body, 1 Corinthians 12:12-26 where every person has a part to play, is known by name, and is supported in their walk with Jesus. Being a member helps create clarity, both for the individual and for the church, about commitment, care, and shared responsibility for the life and mission of the church.

Exploring Membership runs on a Sunday and gives you the chance to explore what it means to say ‘This is my church.’ If you have questions about anything in this booklet there will be lots of time for that too.
