The church is a team; it’s not something you attend but a body you’re part of.

We all have to play our part to make it happen. We call this ‘serving.’ Everybody serves in some way. The Bible says that we are all to use the gifts we are given to serve each other within the church (1 Peter 4.10).

Serving the church is one of the key ways we are ‘apprenticed’ to Jesus as his disciples. We learn a lot about ourselves and Jesus as we serve each other.

Nothing we do would happen without an army of volunteers that we are all grateful for. We encourage everyone to serve on a Sunday.
