TEST
We have a number of core values and beliefs that we hold dear. The simplest explanation is that we love God’s word and love the presence of God’s Spirit.
We don’t insist that members of our church hold to all of our doctrine, just that they understand that we’re clear on what we do believe as a church.
We are Christians, and as part of the universal church, we hold to the four ecumenical creeds that all Christians believe.
We are Protestant Christians, meaning we affirm that justification is by faith alone, believe that the Bible is our ultimate authority, and stand in the Reformation tradition.
We are Evangelical Christians, meaning we also affirm modern statements such as the Lausanne Covenant and the Evangelical Alliance statement of faith. We hold to a traditional position on gender, sexuality, and marriage.
